Shipping & Returns
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All shipping will be processed only after confirmation of payment in full.
All shipping fees will be added at checkout. There are no shipping fees for domestic orders above INR 6,000. For express delivery please get in touch with us over email or phone.
Shipment processing time
Please give us at least 15 days between confirmation of order and dispatch from our end. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, someone from our team will get in touch with you, either via email or phone.
During the pandemic
We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery. We are delivering in most parts of India, we may still experience delays in delivery as situations change. We shall keep you informed at every step of the way.
International clients please email/DM us for pricing and delivery options. We’re still very small but that doesn’t mean the world is.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KAP Everyday is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
KAP Everyday is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do custom orders for our International customers. Please reach out to us to understand the pricing for international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at KAP Everyday. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at email@example.com or call us.
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if;
An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the size of the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If you think the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Do not accept opened or visibly damaged packages from the courier service.
Customized orders and on sale/discounted purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 3 working days of delivery, with your order number. Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. Please give us at least 48 hours to get back to you. Please do not send us the product before having heard back from us.
Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it (for any signs of wear and damage) and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Product replacement will follow the same shipping conditions as a fresh order.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the
credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
